Healing incense for stress

Description

Healing incense hand rolled in Nepal according to an old fromula from ancient Tibetan medical texts. This unique preparation, composed of 31 different herbal ingredients, has been widely used for centuries in Tibet as a natural remedy for vertigo, nausea and headaches caused by mountain sickness, and for mental strain, stress, insomnia, stiffness and muscle pain.

It can be used as an incense, lighting one stick and inhaling the fumes for a few minutes. Or as a massage ointment grinding the stick into a fine powder and miing it with a tea-spoon of melted butter or sesame oil.
